Morning thoughts... March and feel sad, feel mad, feel raw Let's take every voice and together we will roar Let's march down the streets with our spirits holding hands With every mother every sister but lets not forget our sons and dads Feel loud, feel strong, feel bold, feel new But remember true strength comes now from what we do What a blessing in disguise, for here we all stand Sharing thoughts and themes and colors with demands Shouting "You cannot take every piece of what's mine!" As we hear the woman crying, inside of us dying For her fears For her dreams For her past, for her soul But now, it's not the little girls we should worry over For women, all wombyn, we're stronger unified We will teach, we will stand tall, we will tell truths, we will guide So men, please meet us, and together we will rise For our boys, they now need, an example of a man Who will love and honor and respect our women

A true victory at Standing Rock, but the work is not over for the Water Protectors! To keep supporting their efforts, today I am offering one of my favorites, an elephant bracelet (of turquoise and diamonds) up for auction! Elephants are such sacred creatures, I have kept them close to my heart since I was a child. 100% of the highest bid will go directly to the people of this good fight! Go to @tribedemama to bid while also becoming part of this important movement! "This is a victory for organizing, and it doesn't stop now. We are asking our supporters to keep up the pressure, because while President Obama has granted us a victory today, that victory isn't guaranteed in the next administration. More threats are likely in the year to come, and we cannot stop until this pipeline is completely and utterly defeated, and our water and climate are safe."
